Gynaecological oncologists are trained to best manage a variety of pre-cancerous and cancerous conditions through operative procedures and surgery. Just like how we are all individuals, not all presentations are the same either, so I will consider each aspect of your history, examination and investigations in developing the best treatment plan for you. Individualising your care is of the highest importance to me and my team.
There may be multiple options for how to approach your condition, and I will ensure that you have all the information and time you need to make the best decision for you. In cases where there is a concern or proof of a cancer diagnosis, it is hard to feel happy, but I can help you feel happy that you have been empowered with the knowledge to make the right decision for you at that particular time.
